Quality Management System & Audit Coordinator
We are looking for a structured and proactive Quality Management System & Audit (QMS & Audit) Coordinator to join our global Quality organization. In this role, you will support the implementation, maintenance and continuous development of our Quality Management System and audit processes. You will work closely with the Quality Director and cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with industry standards and drive a culture of continuous improvement.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As a QMS & Audit Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting both internal and external audits, maintaining accurate documentation, and ensuring our processes align with relevant quality standards. You will be a key contributor in enhancing quality awareness across the organization and supporting improvement initiatives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support implementation and maintenance of the QMS in accordance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, IATF 16949, AS9100, VDA 6.3 and other applicable standards
- Contribute to the creation and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures and work instructions
- Maintain QMS documentation, compliance records and reports
- Coordinate internal and external audits, including planning, preparations and logistics
- Support audit execution by preparing documentation and checklists, and by assisting auditors
- Track audit findings and corrective actions, ensuring timely completion
- Prepare audit summaries and reports for management review.
- Support root-cause analysis and corrective and preventive action (CAPA) processes.
- Monitor quality performance metrics and trends.
- Identify and support improvement initiatives within processes and procedures.
- Support QMS-related training activities.
- Promote awareness of quality standards, procedures and best practices across the organization.
- Assist with supplier quality documentation and follow-up.
- Support investigation of customer complaints and associated corrective actions.
- Maintain records of supplier and customer quality communication.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation to support audits and inspections.
- Provide reports and dashboards with insights, trends and improvement suggestions
WHAT YOU WILL BRING
Must haves
- 1–3 years of experience in a quality, compliance or audit coordination role
- Experience with QMS documentation and audit processes
- Knowledge of key standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, IATF 16949, AS9100, VDA 6.3
- Understanding of CAPA, root-cause analysis, FMEA, SPC, 8D and PPAP
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and communication skills
- Professional proficiency in English
Nice to haves
- Degree or vocational qualification in Quality, Engineering or a related field
- Auditor certification (ISO 9001, VDA 6.3 or equivalent)
- Experience with QMS software or reporting tools
- Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma or continuous improvement methods
