Master Scheduler

Shape the Future of Supply & Demand at Dafo Vehicle

Do you have a passion for turning complexity into clarity? Are you driven by balancing demand, capacity, and inventory to secure flawless customer delivery? At Dafo Vehicle, we’re not just building world-class safety systems — we’re building a workplace where people grow, innovate, and succeed together. We are now looking for a Master Scheduler – Logistics to join our team in Sweden.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As Master Scheduler – Logistics, you will be the backbone of our Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning (SIOP) process. You will translate customer demand into a realistic and executable production and logistics plan that aligns with capacity, material availability, and delivery commitments. Working cross-functionally with Planning, Production, Procurement, and Logistics, you will ensure supply and demand are balanced, risks are mitigated, and our customers receive their products on time and in full.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Own the Master Production Schedule (MPS) and ensure alignment with customer orders, forecasts, and capacity.
  • Act as the SIOP process driver, balancing demand, inventory, and capacity with monthly and weekly horizons.
  • Monitor and adjust plans based on material availability, production performance, and logistics constraints.
  • Ensure on-time delivery (OTD) to customers through proactive scheduling and risk management.
  • Manage and communicate scheduling scenarios, constraints, and trade-offs to leadership.
  • Collaborate closely with Production Supervisors, Logistics, Procurement, and Customer Service.
  • Drive continuous improvement in planning accuracy, lead times, and material flow.
  • Leverage ERP/MRP (Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar) to maintain accurate planning parameters and master data.
  • Support business growth and product launches with robust capacity and supply planning.
