Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Coordinator

What You Will Do

• Support implementation of EHS policies and management systems, ensuring regulatory compliance
• Conduct or assist with inspections, risk assessments, audits, and reporting

• Identify risks and hazards, support corrective actions, and take part in incident investigations
• Contribute to continuous improvement and support internal/external audits and certifications

• Coordinate EHS training and communication to strengthen awareness across the site
• Help promote a proactive and positive safety culture

• Support incident reporting, follow-up and preventive actions
• Participate in emergency drills and preparedness activities

• Support waste reduction, recycling, environmental reporting, and sustainability initiatives

What You Bring

Essential Experience & Skills

• 2–5 years’ experience in EHS, quality, or a similar technical role (preferably in manufacturing or industrial environment)
• Knowledge of EHS regulations, risk assessments, incident investigations, and reporting
• Familiarity with management systems (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001)
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to follow procedures
• Good communication and teamwork skills; able to influence and collaborate across functions
• Professional proficiency in English

Nice to Have

• Degree or vocational qualification in Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or similar
• Certifications such as NEBOSH, OSHA, or equivalent
• Experience with sustainability and environmental performance initiatives
• Knowledge of Lean, 8D, FMEA, SPC or continuous improvement tools
