Senior Chief Accountant
We are looking for a Senior Chief Accountant to take end‑to‑end responsibility for the accounting function in a dynamic manufacturing environment. This is a key role with broad ownership, cross‑border exposure, and close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
You will ensure high-quality financial reporting, compliance with local regulations, and contribute to the continuous improvement of accounting and reporting processes.

Key Responsibilities
- Full end-to-end accounting responsibility, including general ledger, reconciliations, journal entries, and period-end closings
- Manage intercompany transactions and related reconciliations
- Prepare and deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting
- Ensure tax and legal compliance, including VAT reporting, statutory bookkeeping, and Annual Report in accordance with K3
- Act as key contact for internal and external audits, including preparation and follow-up
- Support internal and external stakeholders with ad hoc financial and accounting queries, including cross-border topics
- Drive continuous improvements in accounting processes, internal controls, and documentation
Required Qualifications
- 3-4+ years of senior-level accounting experience, preferably within a manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of end-to-end accounting processes
- Solid understanding of Swedish accounting regulations, VAT, and statutory reporting (K3)
- Experience working in an international or cross-border environment
- Bilingual language skills with proficiency in English at CEFR level C1–C2 (Swedish proficiency is an advantage)
- Comfortable working in a hybrid model (3/2 WFH)
Nice to Have
- Payroll experience, including review, validation, and follow-up of payroll and social security reporting
(Note: Scope may vary, as parts of the payroll process remain within HR responsibility)
