Marketing & Communications Specialist

Dafo Vehicle USSC is looking for a Marketing & Communications Specialist to lead and shape marketing and communication efforts across the EMEA region.
Your Mission
You will be the driving force behind our internal and external communication and a key contributor to building a strong, consistent international brand. This is a broad role with real ownership, close collaboration across functions, and plenty of room to make an impact.
What You’ll Do
- Own and drive trade shows, events, and product launches globally
- Lead marketing projects from idea to execution – on time and on budget
- Build brand visibility through digital channels, PR, and creative campaigns
- Manage websites, social media, intranet, newsletters, and press releases
- Shape brand presence through design, offices, marketing materials, and video
- Run advertising, sponsorships, webinars, and customer surveys
- Support distributors and customers with marketing activities
- Collaborate with PR agencies and external partners
- Contribute to employer branding and job marketing
- Manage trademarks and design protection
Who you are
- Experienced in a broad marketing & communications role
- A doer with strong project management skills and a proactive mindset
- Confident communicator and storyteller, fluent in English
- Digitally savvy with a strong eye for brand and design
- Comfortable working independently while thriving in collaboration
- Familiar with tools such as Adobe Suite, Google Analytics, Umbraco CMS and Office
Travel and work
- A valid work permit for the EU is required for this position.
- The position is located in Albyberg, Österhaninge, in southern Stockholm
- Primarily site‑based 60/40 Hybrid
- Expect up to 15 travel days per year, many of them international
