Tommy Carnebo is a prominent lecturer who quickly gets your attention by speaking about essential and interesting topics—making presentations worldwide to a mixture of small audiences and big crowds.

One of his most popular presentations is "The big risks with electric vehicles." In this lecture, he speaks about the challenges with electric vehicles and why they are very different from standard cars. How is an electric car built, and how does it work? What happens when they burn? How do you handle an EV fire, and is it possible to put it out?

The lecture is presented from the first and second responders' perspectives. It also includes what the government, insurance companies, housing developers, and others must consider when it comes to electric vehicle challenges.

Apart from lectures, Tommy can also offer various training related to the fire safety of electric vehicles and Li-Ion batteries.

Ready-made packages are available for Car Salesmen, Management, Service Technicians, Technicians working with damaged vehicles and Drivers. Other types of training are available upon request.

The training can be held onsite or online.

Risk Management

With our partners in the Risk Management area, we can deliver a complete risk analysis from a fire safety perspective, including both buildings, your organisation and vehicles. Performing the analysis, we look at several factors, such as:

  • When handling batteries and electric vehicles, how do you secure your site and employees?
  • What risks are present?
  • How can you prevent accidents from happening when charging, making repairs and handling damaged vehicles?

After inspection, you will receive an evaluation and suggestions for improvement.
