Outbound Transport Supervisor
About the role
We are looking for a structured and results-driven Outbound Transport Supervisor to join our Supply Chain team. In this role, you will ensure that all outbound shipments are planned, executed, and delivered on time — with full compliance to internal procedures and external regulations.
Reporting to the Supply Chain Director, you will lead a team of four and act as the key link between carriers, forwarders, customers, and internal stakeholders.

You are a structured and process-oriented professional with strong attention to detail, who takes pride in ensuring high-quality execution. You are customer-focused, with a strong commitment to service and delivery reliability, and you build trust through consistent performance. As a confident communicator, you establish and maintain effective relationships both internally and externally.
You bring a proactive leadership style, motivating and developing team members to achieve shared goals while fostering a positive team environment.
You have a strong compliance and quality mindset, with solid knowledge of transport regulations and documentation requirements. At the same time, you are cost-conscious and continuously look for ways to improve efficiency and optimize operations.
